Website privacy

This notice covers this informational website for Project 12 Recovery app. It does not replace the privacy policy shown inside the mobile app or the policies of external websites.

What this website does

This website explains the programme and provides contact options. The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, load advertising or analytics trackers, or ask you to create an account. Website hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the pages.

Email enquiries

The enquiry composer opens your own email application with a draft. It does not submit a form to a website database and does not send a message automatically. Only if you choose to send that draft will the team receive your email address, message and any other information you include. Your email provider and the receiving email provider process that message under their own policies.

Use enquiries for questions about availability or professional use. Do not include medical history, diary entries, client information or other sensitive personal details. This is not a clinical or emergency inbox.

How enquiry information is used

Information you voluntarily email is used to respond to your request and manage that correspondence. Where applicable, this is based on steps you request before entering a contract or the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Please contact the team about retention, access, correction, deletion or any concern about how correspondence is handled. We cannot promise a fixed retention period or service response time through this website.

Mobile app information

The app’s privacy information currently describes personal diary entries, step progress and check-ins as stored on the device, with subscription processing handled by app stores and RevenueCat. Read the current in-app policy before entering sensitive information. This website does not access your app diary, subscription or recovery data and does not create a professional client record.

External links

External services, including support organisations and email providers, have their own privacy practices. Follow their policies when you leave this website.

Your choices and rights

You may request information about, access to, correction of or deletion of personal information the team holds about your enquiry, subject to applicable law. UK residents can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
