Website terms

This website introduces Project 12 Recovery app and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. These notes apply to the website; the mobile app and any subscription are subject to their own current terms.

Education, not medical treatment

The content provides general recovery education and programme information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, personalised treatment, supervised detox or crisis care. No individual recovery outcome or completion timeline is promised. Talk to a qualified professional about your own circumstances and continue to follow your care plan.

Withdrawal from alcohol or other substances can be dangerous. Seek medical advice before stopping if you may be dependent. Do not stop or change medication because of website or app content. If you are in immediate danger in the UK, call 999; elsewhere, use your local emergency number.

Availability and features

Website information is based on the app’s current content and may change. The website’s interactive daily-toolkit panel is an explanatory illustration, not a live app session or a captured app screen. Example content is not saved as a personal recovery record.

Community forums and peer messaging are marked as coming soon in the app’s Support area. This website does not confirm live in-app counsellor booking, automatic client sharing, a clinical dashboard, client monitoring or bulk client licences. Contact the team to confirm the features and services available to you before purchasing or recommending the app.

Cost

The Project 12 Recovery app is free to use. It has no paywall, and no payment is taken on this website.

If an in-app subscription is available to you, review the purchase information and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms at the point of purchase. This website does not create a subscription or promise a free trial.

Professional use

Professionals remain responsible for assessing suitability, gaining appropriate consent, maintaining confidentiality and following their professional obligations. An enquiry or professional plan description does not establish a clinical relationship or grant access to someone else’s personal data.

Contact and external services

Opening an email draft does not send a message or guarantee a response time. Do not use the contact address for emergencies or send sensitive clinical information. External support organisations are independent and apply their own availability, privacy practices and terms.

Questions

Contact app12team@gmail.com for website and availability questions. Read the current in-app terms and privacy policy when using the mobile app.
